What is Camp Beyond Me all about?
We are a Catholic service camp for kids in grades 1-8. Our goal is to involve them in various fun and meaningful activities that help them to see Christ in those in need, and to respond by serving them in His name.
Camp Beyond Me assists kids in living out Matthew 25:35 - feeding the hungry, giving drink to the thirsty, and welcoming the stranger in Jesus’ name.
We focus on opportunities for kids to see how their seemingly small efforts - making sandwiches, organizing food drives, putting together survival kits - have a big impact on the hungry and homeless in the local area. Campers learn to look at those in need, creating a positive change in themselves and the community.
Campers of all faiths are welcome!

Community Impact 2025
Our campers have a direct and meaningful impact in the Austin community. Take a look at what they achieved in camp last summer!
A Brief Summary of our Campers’ Accomplishments:
• 693 backpacks packed for Hope Austin, helping feed children each weekend
• 340 full meals delivered to communities supporting those formerly homeless
• 371 oatmeal kits prepared for Mobile Loaves & Fishes (MLF) truck runs
• 1,395 homemade cookies baked for MLF truck runs
• 434 handmade guardian angel keychains created to offer comfort on MLF truck routes
• 700 rice and veggie meals packaged and shared through the MLF pantry
• 5,976 items collected for the MLF pantry, supporting those in need
